Use proper care when operating the Laser Device. Follow use instructions provided.
We recommend using our “Point – Place – Press” technique.
Hold the Laser in the “Off” position (finger away from the button) until ready to treat. Locate the treatment point, then carefully place the Laser Collimator Tip on the point and press the “On” button to treat. Keep the Laser light on for 20 to 30 seconds and then release (slowly count to 20: “one one thousand, two one thousand,” etc.).
Never point a Laser at anyone or directly into the eyes.
Whenever treating near the bridge of the nose or anywhere near the eyes, use our “Point – Place – Press” technique. Gently place the Laser on the point, then “tip” the unit so as to aim the beam away from the eyes. Press the “On” button and treat as usual. You should see very little, if any, red light scatter with this method.
Always use the accuracy tip with its associated sanitary cover.
This provides for proper treatment distance, specific point treatment effect, safety and hygiene. Use the large sanitary cover on most body points. Use the smaller cover near the eyes and for auricular (ear) points.
Never point your Laser at mirrors, glass or reflective surfaces.
Always keep your Laser in its container when not in use and store in a secure, cool, dry place. (See instructions for care of the Laser.) Your laser treatment tool is an FDA approved electrical device and should be used only as intended for therapy.
Change batteries frequently for optimum output.
Full battery power is important to successful treatment. We recommend replacement every 30 days when using continuously. There is no way to effectively check output, other than a dimming light, so simply change the batteries rather than try to use them too long.
